We were honoured to be awarded the State winner in the NECA Industrial Large category for 2023!

The electrical refurbishment of CBH’s grain storage facility in Dumbleyung was a significant project that elevated both Mason Electrical Engineering Contractors and our entire team.

We have a long working history with CBH, but in the past our contractor classification has limited the project value. Previously working as an E&I sub-contractor to head contractors, we undertook project works in excess of $2M. When we became known to CBH for our quality of work and can do attitude we started to be engaged directly. Initially we undertook site audits and design packages for expansions and site upgrades.

This Dumbleyung storage and out loading facility upgrade was the first of 60 facilities scheduled to be upgraded. As the facilities have a similar layout and structure, this project provided a benchmark from which to develop and use as a template.
